    • g Spinach
    • 11 Stock
    • En god samt krämig broccolisoppa som existerar enkel för att laga. underbar vardagsrätt liksom värmer samt mättar. önskar du piffa upp den lite ytterligare kan ni strö vid rostade frön eller rostad lök nära servering. ett bit bakverk passar även utmärkt till.

      6 portioner broccolisoppa
      g broccoli (färsk alternativt fryst funkar bra)
      1/2 purjolök alternativt 1 citrongul lök
      4 st potatisar (kan ersättas med mer broccoli, 2 morötter alternativt selleri angående så önskas)
      15 g smör
      Ca dl vatten
      2 buljongtärningar av valfri sort
      2 dl grädde (valfri fetthalt)
      Salt & peppar

      Gör såhär:
      Hacka lök, broccoli och rotfrukt. Hetta upp smör inom en gryta och fräs grönsakerna vid medelvärme tills de mjuknar, ca 5 min. Häll över dricksvatten, ha ej i på grund av mycket till att soppan inte bör bli rinnig. Smula inom buljongtärningarna samt låt puttra under lock i ca 30 min. Mixa sedan soppan tillsammans med en stavmixer efter smakupplevelse. Jag gillar lite bitar i min soppa därför jag mixar den ej helt slät. Häll inom grädde, koka upp, smakförstärkare med krydda och kryddig. Låt puttra i 10 min. Servera med önskad tillbehör. Rostade frön alternativt rostad lök är gott som garnering.

      How To Make Broccoli Soup

      1. Prep the Ingredients: Peel and finely chop the garlic. Trim and roughly chop the celery and broccoli. Pick the mint leaves, finely chop most of them, and save a few baby leaves for garnish.
      2. Cook the Vegetables: Heat a splash of olive oil in a pan, then soften the garlic and celery for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the broccoli and stock, and cook for another 5 minutes.
      3. Blend the Soup: Blitz the soup with a handful of mint in a food processor until smooth.
